My JustMarkets account balance mysteriously dropped by about $20. I checked my transaction history, but there wasn't any record of any activity. I contacted customer service, and they said, "It might be a system fee." But I only had my account open for a short time, and my account balance was sufficient, so a fee shouldn't be charged.
