Die Handelshistorie von Headway kann exportiert werden, aber das Format ist unglaublich umständlich – eine seltene CSV-Variante. Beim Öffnen in Excel entsteht Kauderwelsch. Letztes Mal, als ich meinen Gewinn und Verlust berechnen wollte, dauerte die Formatumwandlung eine Stunde. Ich war so frustriert, dass ich die Datei fast gelöscht hätte. Der Kundenservice sagte: "Öffnen Sie sie in Notepad und speichern Sie sie als neue Datei." Ich habe es versucht, aber es hat nicht funktioniert, also habe ich die Daten am Ende manuell eingegeben. Diese Funktion sollte benutzerfreundlich sein, aber sie ist zu einer Last geworden. Jetzt exportiere ich nur noch, wenn es absolut notwendig ist. Das ist so eine nutzlose Funktion.

Headway's trading history can be exported, but the format is incredibly awkward—a rare CSV variant. Opening it in Excel results in gibberish. Last time, I wanted to calculate my profit and loss, and converting the format took an hour. I was so frustrated I almost deleted the file. Customer service said, "Open it in Notepad and save it as a new file." I tried that, but it didn't work, so I ended up entering the data manually. This feature was supposed to be user-friendly, but it's become a hassle. Now, I don't even bother exporting unless absolutely necessary. It's such a useless feature.
