Der Passwort-Wiederherstellungsprozess ist ziemlich umständlich. This platform has good security measures but is a bit cumbersome. Login requires two-factor authentication, and you have to enter a verification code from your phone every time you enter your password. The password recovery process is quite cumbersome. Last time I forgot my password, it took me a whole day just to verify my identity, and I had to fill out three or four forms.
