Ich habe ein Konto bei Skyline Trading in den VAE und habe am 25. Juni 2025 einen Auszahlungsantrag gestellt. Bis heute steht der Antrag noch aus und wartet auf Genehmigung. Ich habe versucht, das Unternehmen über mehrere Kanäle zu kontaktieren – einschließlich der offiziellen Telefonnummer, der Nummer meines Account Managers und per E-Mail – aber habe keine Antwort erhalten. Ich habe auch ein Support-Ticket über ihr Online-Portal eröffnet, das ebenfalls unbeantwortet bleibt. Angesichts des anhaltenden Schweigens und der Untätigkeit mache ich mir Sorgen, ob Skyline Trading noch operativ ist oder ob es ernsthaftere Probleme gibt. Withdrawal not approved

I have an account with Skyline Trading in the UAE and submitted a withdrawal request on 25 June 2025. As of today, the request is still pending approval. I have attempted to contact the company through multiple channels — including their official phone number, my Account Manager's number, and email — but have received no response. I also raised a support ticket via their online portal, which likewise remains unanswered. Given the prolonged silence and lack of action, I am concerned about whether Skyline Trading is still operational or if there are more serious issues at play. Can anyone provide updates or share recent experiences with the company?
