Ihr Kundensupport ist sehr schnell und hilfreich... jedoch müssen sie bezüglich der Demo-Konten und des Handelsbereichs die begrenzte Inaktivitätszeit für Demos entfernen, die dazu führt, dass die Konten archiviert werden... außerdem habe ich während meiner mehr als 6-monatigen Nutzung einmal oder zweimal erlebt, dass Positionen geschlossen wurden, obwohl der Handel profitabel war...

Their customer support are very fast and helpful... however about the demo accounts and trading side of it they must remove the limited inactive time for demos which makes the accounts get archived.. plus during more than 6 months of my usage i've experienced once or twice position closures eventhough the trade was in profit...
