Ich habe eine ungerechtfertigte Ausweitung des Spreads auf meinem Konto erlebt. Normalerweise beträgt der Spread für Silber 2 Cent und kann sich während des Wochenendes oder bei Nachrichtenzeiten auf 5 Cent ausweiten. Allerdings habe ich eine Ausweitung des Spreads auf 15 Cent erlebt, was mein gesamtes Konto gelöscht hat. Ich habe sie mehrmals kontaktiert, aber keine Antwort erhalten.

I experienced unjust spread widening in my account. Typically, the spread for silver is 2 cents, and during weekends or news times, it might widen to 5 cents. However, I encountered a spread widening to 15 cents, which wiped out my entire account. I have contacted them multiple times but have received no response.
