Weiß jemand, was das Problem ist? Ich habe keine Ahnung, warum der Kundendienst sagte, dass mein Personalausweis für mehrere Konten verwendet werden soll? Seit letzter Woche kann ich immer noch abheben, aber jetzt haben sie meinen Asj-Zugriff gesperrt🤔 In unserem Gespräch sagte Frau/Herr Kundenservice, der Name sei (Chang Yee Ling) brich die Asj-Regeln, aber sie können es mir nicht beweisen 🤷🏻‍♀️ und Ich kann mich beweisen. Also weiß hier jemand was das Problem ist? 🤔🤔🤔

Why suspended my asj account?

Anyone know what's the problem? I no idea why customer service said my identity card use for multiple account? Since last week I still can withdraw, but now they suspended my asj acc🤔 in our conversation ms/Mr customer service said the name is (Chang Yee Ling) break asj rules, but they can't proof to me 🤷🏻‍♀️ and I can proof myself. So anyone here know what's the problem? 🤔🤔🤔
