Ich hatte es erneut geschafft, die meisten meiner Trades auf meinem Mt4-Terminal-Konto mit Gewinn zu schließen, aber ich bemerkte, dass die Trades, die ich auf meinem Mt4-Terminal mit Gewinn geschlossen hatte, auf der fxopen-Plattform offen blieben. Ich kontaktierte ihren Support und erklärte die Situation und legte Beweise vor, die eindeutig zeigen, dass das Mt4-Konto aktiv war und fast alle diese Trades mit Gewinn geschlossen wurden. Sie behaupteten, mein STP-Konto sei abgelaufen, was absolut falsch ist.

i had managed once again to close most of my trades in profit on my Mt4 terminal account, but i noticed the trades i closed in profit on my mt4 terminal were left open on the fxopen platform. contacted their support and explained the situation and provided evidence which clearly show the mt4 account was running, and all most these trades closed in profit, they claimed my stp account expired which is absolutely false.
