Unable to withdraw my money from teletrade

I have got scammed and unable to withdraw my money from the fraud platform.Has anyone being scammed by this? Company's platform is Teletrade. i've deposited my money and started trading with it but when i want to get my profits it doesnt allow me to withdraw. tried reaching their support or email but nothing happens!
