The platform's "Product Search and Recommendation" feature isn't very intelligent. I searched for "GBP/USD" to quickly find "GBP/USD," but the system only matched the full name. Entering the abbreviation didn't work at all. I had to type "GBP/USD" in full to find the result. Customer service said they'll "optimize keyword recognition in the future," but now every search requires a lot of typing, which is particularly time-consuming when the market is volatile.
