FXTM's order placement can be stacked. For example, if your account only has $800 in margin, according to their company's original principle, you can only place 1 lot of gold. However, because their system sometimes delays or something, there may occasionally be two identical orders appearing simultaneously, which means you suddenly enter 2 lots of gold at the same time, directly leading to a margin call. This issue has caused me several losses, but I have never demanded compensation from their company. On 2025.10.27, I tested placing two orders for the same product at the same price and found that their system allows simultaneous purchases—this is not a coincidence. As a result, I lost money. I retested and confirmed that your company's system indeed has this problem, and it is not a coincidence. On 2025.10.28, I sent 6 messages and emails to FXTM, explaining the issue with your company's system and inquiring whether there is a reward for discovering such problems. I was hoping for a 300,000 trading points reward, but FXTM ignored me and outright refused. I am not an employee of their company, so there is no issue of working for them for free. Moreover, their company disregarded my findings, implying they believe their system is flawless and functioning normally—simply follow their system's rules for placing orders. Accordingly, I adhered to FXTM's system and procedures, executing the operations step by step in full compliance with their rules. Then, when I attempted to withdraw $18,000, FXTM rejected my withdrawal and returned the amount to a negative balance account, causing me a direct loss of $.3 USD. Additionally, all my accounts were locked, preventing any trading or withdrawals—only deposits were allowed. During this period, I repeatedly contacted FXTM, but they continued to ignore me. On November 3, 2025, FXTM outright confiscated my account{. 5} USD, and the account remains locked. Until 11.10, their company had not communicated or discussed the resolution with me, and on the 10th and 11th, they unilaterally tore up the agreement, even offering a so-called "goodwill compensation" of 2500 USD to humiliate me. First, the discovery of this issue was not accidental but the result of repeated and prolonged trading losses caused by FXTM's system problems. For example, if there was 800 USD in the account, due to system issues, I could only place one standard order at a time. Sometimes, they might duplicate the same order, leading to liquidation. After several repetitions, I realized that FXTM's system allows you to input identical orders simultaneously, regardless of your margin. I never demanded compensation from FXTM for these losses. If FXTM wants to pursue this matter, should I also seek such compensation? Secondly, after discovering the issue, They immediately reported the issue to FXTM. However, FXTM completely disregarded the client's findings, which implies that FXTM unilaterally deemed themselves free of any wrongdoing. It can be said that FXTM permits such operations as normal practices. Thirdly, after the problem occurred, FXTM acted unilaterally without any communication, email feedback, or negotiation.
