بالأمس كان حساب MT4 الخاص بي يعمل بسلاسة ولكني اليوم غير قادر على التداول وقد جربت العديد من الطرق التقنية الممكنة مثل إعادة تثبيت التطبيقات وإعادة تشغيل جهاز التوجيه الخاص بي ولكن لم يعمل أي من هذه الطرق. عندما انتقلت إلى الدردشة المباشرة وأطلب إجراء عملية سحب ، فإنني أقول إنه لا يمكنك الانسحاب بسبب تعطل الخادم ويطلبون مني تغيير النظام الأساسي إلى MT5. كل رصيدي في MT4 ولا يسمحون لي بسحب الأموال وكيف أريد التداول؟

MT4 suddenly stop working today

Yesterday my MT4 account was running smoothly but today im unable to trade and i've tried many possible technical method such as reinstall the apps, restart my router but none of these work. When i goto live chat and ask to make a withdrawal it says you cant withdrawal due to server down and they ask me to change the platform to MT5. All of my balance in MT4 and they doesnt allow me to withdraw the money and how the heck i want to trade?
